I found TechWave Appliance Repair through a Google search when I needed Water Heater repair in San Jose, CA. Glad I called. The technician showed up on time, got right to it, and didn’t waste half the visit talking in circles. My water heater had been giving us lukewarm water, then no hot water at all, so yeah, not great.
He checked the unit, explained the issue in plain English, and handled the Water Heater repair the same visit. Mine is a Rheem, and he seemed very familiar with it. Replaced the bad part, tested everything, cleaned up, done. What I liked was he wasn’t pushy about extra work or trying to turn a basic Water Heater repair into some huge project. Just fixed what needed fixing.
The whole experience felt professional but normal, not stiff. Pricing was clear before the repair started, which I appreciated. No surprise charges later. Hot water was back pretty much right away, and everything’s been working like it should since the visit.
